Step 1.a: If you’re a brand-new DITO Telecommunity user, download the DITO app, which is available on the Google Play Store on Android, Apple App Store on iOS, and Huawei AppGallery. Once inside, tap the “Get DITO Prepaid SIM Card.”
Step 1.b: For those who already have a DITO SIM and have already set up the app, scroll down on the dashboard and tap the “Choose your own number” banner.
Step 2: Tap Order your DITO SIM Card now.
Step 3: Choose your location and tap the two first checkboxes below.
Step 4.a: Type the phone number of your choosing. Bare in mind that you’re only allowed to customize the last four digits.
Step 4.b: There are already tons of DITO SIM cards in circulation. So, chances are, the number you want might already be taken. If so, you will be presented with the warning seen in the screenshot below. This means that you have to think and type a different number.
Step 4.c: If the phone number you chose is available, you will see something like the screenshot below. Tap on that number then tap Get this number.
Step 5: For the new SIM card to be delivered to you, you should input your personal information. That includes a contact number, email address, and delivery address.
Step 6: DITO will send a one-time pin on the phone number you’ve provided. Type it here then tap Proceed.
Step 7: You shall land on the confirmation page. Check if all the details are correct, especially the delivery address. Once clear, tap Check Out and wait for your new SIM card with the personalized number to be delivered.
