Are you a Converge subscriber who recently lost your internet connection? Well, you’re not alone.
In a statement, Converge ICT confirmed that they are experiencing downtime that is affecting all of its subscribers nationwide. The issue occurred at 1:10pm, Novembe 17, 2020.

As per the company, the issue came from their data center.
Since it’s a nationwide interruption, no service ticket is required. They assured customers that their technical team is already working to fix the issue as soon as possible.
