Huawei has come up with really interesting laptops recently. They might not be meant for gaming, but creatives and business professionals would surely appreciate the Huawei MateBook laptops.
And thankfully, these machines are coming to the Philippines. As per Jim Xu, a marketing and sales director at Huawei, they will be bringing the Huawei MateBook machines in the Philippines sometime in July.
The executive didn’t mention what models are coming here, but we can surely expect it to be the latest ones. Especially the Huawei MateBook X Pro. Which is their take on Apple’s MacBook Pro.
This thing has an identical design to the MacBook. With a sleek metal design and portable form factor. It also sports a 13.9-inch touchscreen with 100% sRGB coverage — perfect for photo and video editors.
It also comes with an 8th-Generation Intel chip, up to 16GB of RAM and PCIe SSD storage. The processor comes with an Intel UHD Graphics 620. But for the more intensive tasks, there’s an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 built right in.
One of its highlight features is its pop-up camera. It is hidden right in the middle of the function keys and can be easily retracted for those security freaks out there.
Besides the MateBook X Pro, the Huawei MateBook line up also consists of the MateBook D, MateBook E, MateBook B200, and a standard MateBook X. But then again, we don’t know which of this devices will arrive here. Hence, we’ll just have to wait and see.
