Cherry Mobile is unveiling three smartphones today, and the leader of the pack is the Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Plus. It’s a 5.5-inch smartphone with Android Lollipop and an octa-core processor.
The specs that deserve the most attention here are the 1080p display and the 4G LTE connectivity. The phones from the previous generation, such as Flare S3 Power and Flare XL, only maxed out at HD or 720p resolution and 3G connectivity. Also worthy of note is the increase of RAM to 3GB. Even to this day, there are very few smartphones from local companies that feature such amount for heavy multitasking. The Flare X comes to mind.
In addition, the Cherry Mobile Flare S4 offers 16GB of built-in storage, 2800mAh battery and dual SIM configuration. Or if you don’t like using two phone numbers, you can insert a microSD card in the secondary SIM slot to expand your storage up to 64GB. Available color variants are white, black, gold and gray.

I think the prize was just fair but its not what you expect from a CM Flare device. IMO.
great specs but battery life is always an issue and their preloaded apps are impossible to remove.
And it utilized a slower cpu compared to flare x.
