Samsung didn’t reveal any new smartphones at CES 2015, but that didn’t stop the company to reveal its devices elsewhere. A case in point is the new Samsung Galaxy Grand Max.
Like the E Series that was recently announced in India, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max is pretty much a mid-range smartphone: it’s a 5.25-inch handset with a 720p IPS display. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 410, along with Adreno 306 graphics and 1.5GB RAM. It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The 5MP front-f camera is notable for its wide 120-degree viewing angle, which is perfect not only for selfies and but also group shots. That it has a different pattern for its back is also interesting, but not necessarily fascinating.
