In an attempt to serve their customers better, ASUS just announced the new ASUS Platinum Protection Warranty program in the Philippines.

The tech company is starting the year right with this new service. The new ASUS Platinum Protection Warranty will be available to new owners of ASUS gaming, consumer, and business laptops that will purchase their latest machines starting January 1, 2020.

For one, you can get the ASUS ROG Strix 531, which is great for gamers and creatives. We have a full review of this machine for you to check out.

Going back, what does the ASUS Platinum Protection Warranty cover? As per the company, this special warranty can cover liquid damage, power surge damage, acts of nature, and even accidental damage.

However, it’s not for laptops that were lost or stolen, and suffered intentional damages. It also excludes laptops that were damaged caused by the installation of wrong/illegal programs. ASUS will also not accept laptops with unrecognizable serial number, or if you can’t present an official receipt.

Speaking of presenting receipts, you have to bring that piece of paper as a proof of purchase to any ASUS Service Center to have your laptop serviced under Platinum Protection Warranty from 9 AM to 6 PM. You can also call the ASUS Call Center at (02) 7798-5700 for more information.
