Apple recently provided an option for free emoji engraving for those who will purchase a new AirPods on their official website. It’s available on the new AirPods Pro, and the AirPods 2 with the regular and wireless-charging cases.
You can pick from 31 different emojis. From the smiley emoji, unicorn, heart, and of course, the poop emoji.
Alternatively, you can engrave texts on the case, an option that was already available since the first AirPods. You can put your initials, or even your full name, for as long as it fits the limited space.
If you’re interested, head on to Apple’s Philippine website and purchase any of the three available AirPods. Click ‘buy’, and tap the ‘Personalize it for free’ option. Yup, this special add-on is offered for FREE, a surprising move from Apple.
This means that you can get these true-wireless earphones at their same official retail prices. The Apple AirPods 2 with a regular charging case retails for Php9,490, while the one with the wireless-charging case is available at Php11,790.
You can also get the fancier Apple AirPods Pro with its advanced active noise-canceling and in-ear design that offers better bass at Php14,990.
