The Canon EOS 200D II, which is said to be the lightest DSLR around, is coming in the Philippines soon.
As per the company, the Canon EOS 200D II only weighs “a little heavier than a bottle of water”. It’s meant to be compact and easy to carry, which we can rarely say on DSLRs, unlike their Mirrorless counterpart.
There’s also the chunky grip on the side that lets you ergonomically hold the device. Plus, a Vari-angle touch-screen LCD for easy operation, which also allows you to see yourself while you’re in front of the camera.
The 200D features a 24.1-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor that works with s DIGIC 8 image processor. It also a Dual-Pixel CMOS autofocus system with a 3,985 selectable focus position. There’s also the Eye-Detection focus for more accurate and fast human subject tracking.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper 2019 camera without the wireless features. It’s equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity that lets you easily transfer files for faster online sharing, or use a smartphone as a wireless viewfinder.
