Local tech brand Cherry Mobile is improving its after-sales support by extending the warranty and replacement period of its products.
In a press release, Cherry Mobile announced that starting February 15, 2021, its warranty service has been extended to 18 months from 12 months.
What’s more, the Cherry Mobile replacement period, which used to be only 7 days, is now 128 days. As per the company, this is their way to express gratitude to their valued customers.
Cherry Mobile added that the extended after-sales support is their simple way to help people relieve the burden that most people face during these times — times where every single penny everyone people are spending is for “what’s deemed essential”.
