Popular drone manufacturer DJI is bringing its latest mini drone offering to the market with the Mini 3 Pro.

At only 249 grams in weight, the DJI Mini 3 Pro is as lightweight as it can get for a tiny drone. But this comes with the advantage of not requiring registration from most authorities which is otherwise a mandate for larger (and therefore, heavier) drones.

A major highlight of the Mini 3 is also its new 1/1.3-inch sensor and a bright f/1.7 aperture whose overall selling point is its better response to lights. Furthermore, the sensor’s 48MP unit is capable of shooting in full-resolution 48-megapixel or binned 12-megapixel mode.

Surpassing the capability of its predecessors, the Mini 3 Pro is built to record 4K videos at 60FPS or 4K HDR up to 30FPS. Another additional improvement is the better obstacle collision avoidance, thanks to the mini drone’s multi-directional sensor.

The DJI Mini 3 Pro without controller is priced at Php42,990 in the Philippines, while the bundle for the new RC controller costs Php 52,990.
