Google has announced the Play Store version 38.8, which has a new feature that will allow users to uninstall apps remotely from a different device as long as it’s using the same Google account.
The new Google Play Store remote uninstall feature will work on all platforms: Android phones, PC, Auto, TV, and Wear.

Before this, you can only install apps on one device from another, but you can’t uninstall them. Now, you can uninstall apps from, say, your Android phone from your Windows PC.
The update also adds a new Play Store interface that compiles all your installed apps for a more manageable list. You can sort them by name, size, etc, select which device’s apps you want to see, and tick the checkbox of the apps you want to remove.
This feature is seen to be more useful on Android Auto, Android TV, and Wear OS apps due to their usually cramped interface.
The new Google Play Store 38.8 update will gradually roll out to users globally.
