There had been tons of rumors and renders scattered around the web pertaining to the upcoming bizarre design of the iPhone 11.  And from what it looks like, the speculations are coming close to be a fact.

Olixar, a case maker that’s also the culprit for smartphone design leaks before, has provided solid evidence that the upcoming iPhones will indeed have a square camera setup on the back.

The company already has a tempered glass camera protector for the iPhone 11 Max, which went up on sale at an online shopping mall at the UK for EUR9.99 (~Php600).

As you can see in the image above, the protector has a cutout for three camera lenses. The third sensor on the right is in the middle part, with the LED flash on top of it. Apple could have made it symmetrical, like what Huawei did to the Mate 20 Pro, to ease those people with OCD.

This also seemingly confirms the rumor that the iPhone 11 models will gain extra cameras. Both the iPhone 11 and 11 Plus will now have a triple camera setup, while the 11R will come with two.

Olixar also put up a tempered glass protector listing for the iPhone 11 and 11 Max. And from what it looks like, nothing will change on the front. It will still have the thick notch, with cutouts for all the required sensors.

Since it’s already in the shelves, these accessories from Olixar might have already gone into mass production. Which is an evidence that they’re confident that it’s indeed the final design.

The new iPhone 11 models are expected to arrive sometime in September 2019.
