More information about the upcoming budget iPhone has been leaked.
The said device was rumored to inherit the design of the iPhone 8, which is why everyone was calling it the iPhone 9. But as per the latest tip sent by a trusted source to 9to5mac, the device will be called the iPhone SE 2020.

In fact, Apple might just call it “The new iPhone SE” or simply “iPhone SE” in its marketing materials, as what they normally do on their revived products.
In case you’re not familiar, the first iPhone SE was launched way back in 2016. It featured the small and compact design of the old iPhone 5s while inheriting the specs of the newer iPhone 6s.

We’re expecting to see the same on the upcoming iPhone SE 2020. Rumor has it that Apple will use the small and compact body of the iPhone 8 while boasting the newest hardware found on the iPhone 11 series — including the A13 Bionic chip.
9to5mac also confirms that the iPhone SE 2020 will come in White, Black, and Product Red colors. As for the storage, the new iPhone SE will be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB options.

Apple has also created first-party cases for the new budget iPhone. There are silicone cases available in Black and White, while the iPhone SE 2020 leather cases will come in Red, Black, and Blue.
Third-party case makers have also created something for the new iPhone. Including UAG and its leaked drop-resistant case.

The iPhone SE 2020 is expected to be up for pre-order in the coming days, so stay tuned for that.
