Realme is keeping up pretty well with its launches. The brand confirmed that the device with a code name ‘Blade Runner’ will officially launch on May 25 as the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition. The event will also feature seven other products including a true-wireless stereo (TWS) and a power bank.
Even though the device is an iteration of the Realme X50 Pro 5G, Realme has yet to reveal its official specs. The brand’s teaser however has confirmed that the handset will be available in a metallic gray color. It will also have pill-shaped dual front-facing cameras and a quad-camera setup at the back.

Interestingly, a Chinese leaker revealed the full specs of the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition. According to the source, it will come powered by a Snapdragon 865 SoC with an 8GB of RAM, and a 128GB storage. It wasn’t clear, however, if it will be the only variant of the smartphone.
The leaked specs also say that the X50 Pro Player Edition will feature a 6.44-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate similar to the Realme 6 and 6 Pro. In terms of battery, it will have a mediocre 4,200mAh capacity and an impressive 65W fast charging support. It will also come in an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition 8GB+128GB version will most probably cost around Php23,500 (CNY3,299).
