After being announced for a few months now, the Samsung Galaxy A80 will officially make its way in the Philippines.
The company’s local arm just announced that the new Samsung Galaxy A80 will launch in the Philippines on July 12. It’s expected to have a retail price of Php34,990.
For those who are unfamiliar, the Galaxy A80 will feature a triple camera setup, which can be used as a front-facing and rear shooters. This was made possible by its rotating mechanism on the top.
As the name suggests, it’s going to be a more premium option than the Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A50. Besides the cool camera trick, this device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
There’s also the 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner built right in. It then comes with a decent 3,700mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
We’ll give you more details about its final local pricing, availability, and pre-order details once they become available, so stay tuned for that.
