The World Health Organization (WHO) recently declared COVID-19 as pandemic, with 118,000 confirmed cases in 114 countries. A few days before the said announcement, the government has declared a Public Health Emergency amid the rising number of confirmed cases in the country.

The tracker provides the latest news and information about the state of COVID-19 in the country. These include the number of confirmed cases and Persons Under Investigation (PUI). You may also know where the confirmed cases and PUIs are located. Earlier this year, DOH ( and PHIVOLCS ( websites have been free of charge.

As of writing, there are 52 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Philippines, with two confirmed deaths. Majority of the cases are in Metro Manila.
