Huawei has just released its successor to the P Smart 2020 with the release of the Huawei P Smart 2021 in select European markets and comes in three unique colorations—Brush Gold, Crush Green, and Midnight Black.
Not known to follow a trend, Huawei is breaking traditions when it laid out the P Smart 2021’s front display with a punch-hole camera at the top center. The front camera sits perfectly in the device’s rather large 6.67-inch screen which, itself, is capable of displaying a resolution of 1080 x 2400 with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Overall, the Huawei P Smart 2021 has a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3 percent.
At the back, the device is equipped with a quad-camera setup headed by a 48-megapixel lens. Considering the recent rise of four cameras, this particular feature is hardly a surprise and will be loved by those who are still stuck in low-pixel camera devices should they make the leap.
Under the hood, the Huawei P Smart 2021 is powered by a Kirin 710A and 4GB of RAM. For permanent data storage, the smartphone’s 128GB capacity should be sufficient enough for people’s needs and yet can still be expanded, thanks to the micro-SD card slot.
Currently available in Austria, the Huawei P Smart 2021 has a price tag of 229 Euros or around Php13,000. The smartphone will see subsequent releases into other European countries sometime in October 2020.
