OPPO now has two high-end smartphones that are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, which is possibly the most powerful chipset you can get on a smartphone today.
First, we have the OPPO Find X2 Pro. Since the Find X, people have been waiting for years for this device. And it looks like the high-anticipation was worth it, considering all the flashy features that it has.
However, it’s not the only high-end smartphone in OPPO’s arsenal. Just recently, the company also released the OPPO Ace 2.
This new line from OPPO started last year, and it brings a lot of features that power users require on their smartphones.
And here in our OPPO Ace 2 versus Find X2 Pro specifications and features comparison, we’ll see which between these high-end smartphones from OPPO is right for you. Let’s start.

Both the OPPO Ace 2 and Find X2 Pro are proper high-end devices thanks to their powerful Snapdragon 865 processors, up to 12GB of RAM, and AMOLED screens.
But as you just saw, you’re getting more fancy features with the Find X2 Pro — if you’re willing to spend more money on it.
For starters, the OPPO Find X2 Pro has much better cameras than the Ace 2. It comes with a 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens that can provide up to 60x hybrid zoom. It also has an optical image stabilizer for steady shots and night photos.
There’s also the 32-megapixel selfie camera, which should take sharper images than the 16-megapixel sensor on the latter.
The OPPO Find X2 Pro also has a better display with its bigger 6.7-inch size, a sharper QHD+ resolution, and a faster 120Hz refresh rate with tougher Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection.
Both devices don’t have a microSD card slot for storage expansion. So if you like hoarding media and other files, you’re better off with the Find X2 Pro and its large 512GB of storage.
It also has other extra features that are missing on the OPPO Ace 2. The Find X2 Pro has a headphone jack, NFC, and a slightly bigger 4,260mAh battery.

But, as what you just saw, the OPPO Find X2 Pro costs almost two times more than the OPPO Ace 2. So unless those better cameras, display, and extra features really matter to you, then you might be better off settling with the Ace 2.
For half the price, you’re still getting a fast 90Hz refresh rate screen with a decent FHD+ resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Not a lot of people use telephoto cameras, we bet you too. So, the 48-megapixel and 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter on the Ace 2 might already be good enough for you.
The best part is, the OPPO Ace 2 comes with a whopping 40W AirVOOC wireless fast charging. Meanwhile, the OPPO Find X2 Pro completely omitted any wireless charging feature (which is weird).
The pricing and availability of the OPPO Ace 2 in the Philippines are yet to be announced. On the other hand, the OPPO Find X2 Pro is available in the Philippines for a price of Php65,990.
