After months of waiting, we’ve finally had a word about the official price of the highly-anticipated Playstation 5 in the Philippines.
Local game stores have revealed solid information about the PS5, with GameXtreme revealing the PlayStation 5’s official price and launch date in the Philippines.
In a Facebook post, the local retailer reveals that the PlayStation 5 has an official price of Php27,990 and will launch on December 11, 2020, right in time for the holiday season.
Bear in mind that this is the more expensive disk drive version. GameXtreme said that they would be posting more details soon, possibly with the availability details of the cheaper Digital Edition variant.
Other than the actual console, Sony Interactive also revealed the prices for its accessories.

Sony has also revealed the official prices for some PS5 games. The Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is at Php2,490 while its ultimate edition is at Php3,490. We also have the Demon Souls for Php3,490, and Sackboy A Big Adventure for Php2,990.
