There’s no denying that Shopee is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, e-commerce websites in the Philippines. With sellers offering products from the cheapest prices up to premium ones, we wouldn’t be surprised if the online marketplace is processing thousands and possibly even millions of orders on a daily basis.

With that amount of deliveries, it’s inevitable to have some of them get mixed up or experience some logistical issues. Thankfully, Shopee has a pretty robust system that records the current status and locations of each individual order —which gives the buyers the ability to monitor them.



Accessing this information is relatively easy, especially if you have the mobile app. Aside from that, there are also a couple of ways you can do it outside the official Shopee app.

Today, we’ll show you how you can track your Shopee order in case you’ve already waited for too long, or you’re just curious about where it is.

How to track Shopee order via the app

Step 1: Open the Shopee app and tap the ‘Me’ section in the bottom right corner.


Step 2: You will see four options that correspond to the current status of your order.


To Pay: Here are your orders with payment that still needs to be settled, especially if you chose over-the-counter payments, online payment, or if there are issues with your credit/debit card or e-wallet. If you picked COD and it’s still here, chances are, the seller is yet to confirm your order.

To Ship: Orders that are in this section have already been confirmed by the seller and are just waiting to be dropped by the seller or picked up by the courier.

To Receive: Items in this category mean that your order is already with the courier and is currently in transit. You will also see the current location of your order, as most orders are usually delivered at different hubs before it reaches your home/office.

To Rate: This means that all your orders have already been delivered and Shopee is encouraging you to rate the item or the seller for extra points that you can use to discount your next purchase.

How to track Shopee order directly from the courier

First, you have to check which courier Shopee used to deliver your order. You can do so by checking your order status within the Shopee app. Copy the tracking number and visit their respective websites below.

  • NinjaVan
  • XDE Logistics
  • Flash Express

What to do if my Shopee order didn’t arrive?

If your order on Shopee didn’t arrive in the expected delivery time, you can go to your order and tap Extend Shopee Guarantee to add three more days to the original guarantee. Alternatively, you can tap the Request Return/Refund if you want your money back.


However, if requesting for a refund is still not available, you can contact the seller to check up on your order.

What is Extend Shopee Guarantee?

Extend Shopee Guarantee lets you add three more days from the standard guarantee. This is important since you can only request a refund or return under the guarantee period.

When can I request for refund for the unreceived order?

You can request an order refund as long as it’s within the Shopee guarantee period and the seller hasn’t responded to your inquiries. This service is only available to non-COD buyers.
