Even the coronavirus threat won’t stop them.
We all know that the iPhone SE 2020 is the hottest bang for the buck iPhone today. In previous reports, it is said to be faster than a lot of flagship android phones right now. In fact, it even surpassed the 2019 flagship iPhone XS Max in AnTuTu benchmark.
That’s why it didn’t come as a surprise when avid fans of tech giant Apple hurried to a newly reopened Apple Store in Hongkong to buy the latest budget iPhone on its launch day.
Most establishments in China were forced to shut down their operations due to the ongoing threat of the novel coronavirus outbreak. Apparently, one Apple store in Causeway Bay opened its doors to consumers.
Despite the risk of being infected, shoppers rushed to get first dibs on the iPhone SE 2020 citing that they need a new phone to replace the defective ones. As seen in the picture above, they were wearing masks as safeguard from contracting the disease.

One buyer added that they cannot go on without buying a new phone to replace old ones, which is understandable given the current situation in the country where people are locked down in their houses.
