As the court trials between Apple and Samsung continues to heat up, so as their battle with their products. Lots of rumors have already circulated around the web about the leaked release date and specifications of the iPhone 5, iPad Mini, and the Galaxy Note 10.1 but one can never be sure until it is official unveiled. So, we’re going to present some of the rumors we currently know for now.

iPhone 5 and iPad Mini

Tech heavyweights like AllthingsD, The Verge, and The Loop all agreed and claimed that the next iPad will be launched on the 12th of September and the iPhone will follow on the 21st. Although this is still not confirmed by Apple, the tech giants are all credible enough in reporting these kind of rumors and they have their insiders in the manufacturers labs or so.

The iPhone 5 is expected to sport a bigger screen display of at least 4-inches and will have some sort of redesign. Meanwhile, the iPad Mini will be a smaller variant of the current iPad series. It will only offer a 7-inch screen display against the original value of 9.7-inches. If this tablet is true, it may eventually go head to head against the Google Nexus 7. We’ve also seen the alleged iPhone 5 design from iLab that was released last week which may or may not resemble the actual next iPhone.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

The “phablet” game changer gets a bigger brother now as the Galaxy Note 10.1 nears its official launch. Actually, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 was already introduced way back in the Mobile World Congress last February but Samsung felt that the device isn’t ready yet – or it is a strategy to keep people excited. This idea is evident due to the video ad commercial released last week that featured the Galaxy Note 10.1. It was the hint that it would be launched very soon. Take a look on the leaked specs of the next Samsung Note 10.1 courtesy of SamMobile below.

As of this time, we cannot really conclude on what do these companies really think and how would they implement marketing on it. Just like everybody else, we are very eager to know what’s the next installment on this rivalry. We’ll report again as soon as more details come out.
