We’ve recently introduced you to the new Nokia Asha line of devices a couple of months back and by now they are finally now out in the Philippines. The most affordable touch handset in the group, Nokia Asha 305, now conquers the Philippines together with its bigger brother, Nokia Asha 306. Let’s have some refresh of what do they have to offer.
Nokia Asha 305 features a 3.0-inch resistive touchscreen, a 1GHz processor, a very small 32MB RAM, and a 2MP camera. Although the RAM is small, it is just right for its proprietary OS as it is not heavy. Other features include a 2MP fixed camera, and 10MB of internal memory. Here’s the official promotional video of Nokia Asha 305 from Nokia.

Nokia Asha 306 doesn’t have to much of an edge against the Asha 305 as it is powered with the same screen size of 3.0-inches with a resolution of 240×400, the same processor, the same RAM and the same built-in memory. However, given Asha 306’s higher price tag, you would expect a little extra won’t you? Well, don’t be sad because there is one major reason why you would prefer the Nokia Asha 306 – it is equipped with Wi-Fi capability. Unfortunately, they both don’t have 3G connectivity but at their price you can’t complain that much. Here’s the official video ad for Nokia Asha 306 by Nokia.

Yes, all of those tasks can be done by Nokia Asha 306. I think it is not that bad but the reason why people are telling you this is that they are now more inclined to Android which offers a wide array of features. Either way, you can compare them yourself before buying so you can get the feel of it. Good luck!
As of now, the price is updated.
