Vivo announced the Funtouch OS 10 update rollout roadmap during the Vivo X30 and X30 Pro event held in China. The newest Funtouch OS 10 will come in default for the brand’s recently launched flagship devices but selected older models will also get the update starting February 2020.
The new Funtouch OS 10 will feature a minimalist interface with redesigned built-in apps, dynamic custom design, lighter color palette, live wallpaper, and animated lock-screen.
Aside from those mentioned, it also introduces shortcut functions for driving, font customization, child mod, improvements in the photo album and cloud service. Vivo’s cloud service offers special benefits such as 5GB free storage, backup and more.
The Android-pie based IU will also include performance improvements, quick sharing features, and update in Jovi, the brand’s virtual assistant. The improved Jovi will aid users to manage their smartphones better and provides additional functional services.
According to Vivo, the rollout will be done in 3 batches with the first batch to start in February 2020. Here is the list of the Vivo smartphones that will get the update.

Unfortunately, the rollout roadmap is set to take place only in China. Vivo has yet to disclose if the update will also include international variants.
