The Amazon Operation Services Philipines is hiring 500 remote workers who are living in Davao City, Philippines. Since Amazon is based in the US, they want full-time customer service professionals who can work graveyard hours.

Applicants should be prepared to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and should be able to provide excellent service across all of Amazon’s services and products.

Amazon already had a job fair in Davao City last February 28, but if there are still vacancies, you can apply to become a remote team manager or service associate through their office or website.

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

  • must be based in Davao City
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • have the eligibility to work in the Philippines
  • possess experience in customer service for at least a year, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • can work from home full-time
  • have a suitable workspace at home with a reliable internet connection that has a minimum speed of 50Mbps

The monthly salary starts at Php18,700 and includes employee benefits like life insurance, private medical insurance, dental, and more.
