On May 25, 2020, Realme will reveal its line-up of 8 products, which includes its first entry into the TV space with Realme Smart TV.
Giving consumers a “premium” aesthetic is the TV’s “bezel-less” design. In addition, the TV’s display will also feature 400 nits of brightness, which the manufacturer claims to be 20% more than the average for products in its tier.
Born from Realme’s phone camera roots, the Chroma Boost engine will also make its way on Realme TV, with the essential role of processing imagery.
Essentially a “smart TV,” the Realme TV will come powered with the combined power of MedaTek Quad Cortex-A53 and the Mali-MP3 GPU.
Giving more than enough volume to be heard in most spaces also is the Realme TV’s 4-speaker audio output that releases a total power of 24W and comes supported by Dolby Audio.
The Realme TV will be available in the variants of 43” and 55” and will come built with QLED panels. It is set to be released globally, but India will be getting first dibs.
As of writing, the information on pricing is not available. But more details will be unveiled on Wednesday.
