People are getting tired of cables. That’s why the demand for wireless accessories — TWS earphones in particular — are greatly increasing.
A lot of tech brands are trying their best to design true-wireless (TWS) earphones that will set their product apart from the most popular TWS earphones around — the Apple AirPods.
But probably the most bizarre and ambitious design we’ve seen is this leaked Samsung Galaxy Bean, which might turn out to be the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2.
As the name suggests, this rumored Galaxy TWS earphones will have a bean design. Which will sit flush on your entire ear, with no components sticking out.
So, what makes it ambitious? Well, as you can see on the renders, these Galaxy Buds might have to rely on the shape of your ears to fit perfectly. And as you know, ear shapes and sizes are unique to every people.
Ear fit is important in audio accessories like this. The bass response also relies on how well it fits in your ears. With that, Samsung has to design it as a one-size-fits-all, much like how the Realme Buds, FreeBuds 3, other AirPods copycats are.
As per the leak, each bud will be 2.8cm tall and will be available in light blue, white, and black.
The device, which is rumored to have a model number SM-R180, will have three microphones each. There’s the one for calls. While the other two are placed on the outside and inside your ears to calculate ambient sound for the active noise canceling (ANC) feature.
