The Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 was just announced earlier this month. While the chipset manufacturer is still mum about what devices will sport the new processor, we already have an idea who are the possible candidates are. But to be honest, the products shown on this leaked list of devices aren’t really surprising.
What’s more interesting is, this list also gives us an idea of when a particular smartphone will be released as well as what it will be called. But still, we should take this info with a grain of salt as it’s in no way official, and it only came from a post on Weibo.
Now, let’s get started, shall we? First off we have the folks from Korea. According to the list and from a previous leak, we can expect the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ as early as the first quarter of 2018. And based on the new list, it might be unveiled in February, together with its competitors, the LG G7 and G7+.
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ are expected to run on Samsung’s own high-end chipset, but it will still be available in a Snapdragon variant in different markets.

Next stop, we have the Xiaomi Mi 7, which is expected to be announced in April followed by the HTC U12 in May. Meanwhile, June might be a busy month with the unveiling of the Sony Xperia XZ Pro, OnePlus 6, and the ZTE Nubia Z18.
Moreover, the Nokia 10 is listed to come out in August. The upcoming Nokia 9 could have been easily the first smartphone to sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, but according to a leaked information, it will still run on Snapdragon 835.
September will be the month of phablet smartphones. By this month, we can expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, LG V40, and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. The following month is also going to be packed in preparation for the holiday season — Sony Xperia XZ2, Google Pixel 3 line, HTC U12+, and ZTE Nubia Z18s are all said to be coming out on October 2018.
The Moto Z 2019 is expected to launch in November, while the OnePlus 6T and a Samsung W2019 will be available by December.
But then again, this list is still not official, no matter how likely it will be. For the meantime, let’s just wait and see and take this with a grain of salt.
