It appears that Netflix is going full blast on cracking down password sharers.
Netflix already announced that it will be charging password sharers Php149 per month for extra members of an account that doesn’t live under the same roof.

The streaming service has set a rule to determine if a user lives from the same home as the paying customer. A user must connect to the WiFi network of the set household and use Netflix on it at least once a month to confirm that the user indeed lives in the same home.
Now, upon opening Netflix on our Google TV, we got a prompt asking us to confirm that the internet network the TV is connected to is in the main household. Once successful, the home network to which the TV is connected to will serve as the main Netflix Household.

You can go to your Netflix account to change household settings. You can also remove outsiders who are using your account to evade the extra fee.
