Remember when you used to tirelessly download music just so you can enjoy it on the go? You don’t have to do that any more thanks to music streaming apps like Spotify.
As all of you already know, Spotify Premium lets you listen to pretty much any music you want as the service has over 70 million songs in its library, as well as podcasts with 2.2 million episodes.
Compared to its free tier, paying for any of the Spotify premium tiers is actually worth it. It lets you enjoy music with no ads, save music for offline play, have unlimited control (skips, play any music, and more), and even share accounts with friends or family.
The best part is, especially for us Filipinos, you don’t need a credit card to have a Spotify Premium account.
E-wallet services can also be used to pay for a premium subscription. And today, we’ll show you how you can pay for Spotify Premium using GCash — one of the most popular digital wallet services in the Philippines. Let’s begin.
