Huawei is introducing the new EROFS, which can provide +20% improved read performance and can save up to 2GB to your storage than the standard F2FS file system. A better storage capability can ultimately result in faster overall performance.

Speaking of performance, the update will also bring the latest GPU Turbo 3.0 that will improve battery consumption when playing games.

The EMUI 9.1 will also have a new AR Measure, which works as the name suggests. There’s also OneHop, allowing you to easily share files on laptops like the MateBook 13.

Probably one of its coolest features is the new Huawei CarKey. With the help of NFC, you can easily unlock your car just by taping a compatible smartphone with it. As of the moment, it’s only available in select Audi cars, with more models expected to be compatible soon.
