Realme has had a great year, and evidence to that is the recent findings of a market research firm Counterpoint.
As per Counterpoint, Realme sold 10 million smartphones in the last quarter, resulting in a staggering 808% year-on-year growth for the third quarter of 2019. This makes Realme now in the top 7th spot of smartphone brands with the most shipments.
This is thanks to the rapid expansion of the company is over 20 countries. Their biggest market is India and Indonesia, where over 80% of their shipments were made.
It appears that their budget offerings such as the Realme C2 and Realme 3 drive strong sales for the company, especially in Indonesia.
The performance, features, and appealing designs are one of the main reasons why people are really loving Realme devices. And judging by their latest releases, Realme still has a long way to go.
One of their newcomers, the Realme 5 Pro, features a diamond design on the back, with a couple of powerful specs for the price. There’s also the Realme XT, a 64-megapixel smartphone that will make its Philippine debut in any moment now.
And of course, Realme is breaking boundaries when they launched the Realme X2 Pro. Their first proper flagship smartphone that comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, 90Hz display, and a whopping 50W of fast charging technology.
