From June 2 onwards, adding funds to your ShopeePay account will cost you a 1-percent admin fee if you cash in via your other digital wallets.
When you send Php50 from GCash to ShopeePay, for instance, a total of Php50.50 will be deducted from your GCash balance. The total amount due will be shown for you to review and accept before you are redirected to GCash. Cashing in via Coins.ph will also be imposed with the admin fee.

If you want to avoid the admin fee, you may link a bank account and use it as your payment method during checkout instead. The list of supported, verified banks include BDO, Chinabank, Metrobank, PNB, and RCBC.
Another free alternative is cashing in via InstaPay. First, tap your ShopeePay balance on the Shopee app homepage and then tap Cash In. Next, tap Payment after selecting the desired amount, then tap Online Transfers via InstaPay. Choose a bank and follow the directions on the chosen bank’s app.
