After a breakup that separated the Redmi brand from Xiaomi, the former appears vying to compete against its parent brand on the monitor space with the new Redmi Display.
Just a few months ago, Xiaomi entered the monitor market by releasing two classes of the display hardware with the Xiaomi Monitor and Xiaomi Surface.
Xiaomi Monitor is aimed for the general consumers who simply use a display for main tasks. On the other hand, Xiaomi Surface is a display with gamers in mind.
