However, please note that these computations are based on maximum speed and did not consider their respective reliability and minimum guaranteed speeds of the providers.
1. PLDT
PLDT remains one of the country’s biggest Internet Service Providers (ISPs). It also caters to a wide reach of its customers because of the intricate infrastructure laid out from its decades of operation. Their cheapest fiber plan is PLDT Fiber Unli All 1399 with up to 50 Mbps speed. However, their best-value plan is the Fiber Unli All 1699, which is a big boost in speed for only Php300 increase in price.
2. Globe
Globe is often called the other half of the duopoly in the Philippine telecommunications industry. So, it is also one of the country’s more popular and reliable ISPs. However, they don’t offer many cheaper products for customers looking for affordable Internet connectivity, aside from their GFiber Unli Plan 1799 with up to 200Mbps of speed.
3. Converge ICT
Converge ICT is one of the country’s leading providers of end-to-end Fiber internet connection, whose reach and reliability have been greatly boosted thanks to their aggressive expansion nationwide. They also offer the cheapest prices in the country, offering up to 200Mbps for only Php1,500 per month.

SKY Fiber is offered by SKY Cable, which is why their Internet service often comes with a cable bundle. They also come with the lowest price of Php999 for up to 30Mbps. However, their coverage area is limited to urban areas.
5. Radius Telecoms
Red Fiber is owned by MERALCO’s Radius Telecoms and offers an affordable Internet plan for Php1,549 for up to 100Mbps. Unfortunately, their coverage area is currently limited to Metro Manila, Pampanga, Laguna, and Cavite.
6. Streamtech
Streamtech (formerly Planet Cable) has one of the most affordable options for your Internet connectivity, ranging from Php1,100 for up to 35Mbps to Php1,999 for up to 150Mbps. However, according to their website, their current operations are limited to Region I, III, NCR, IV-B, Iloilo, Guimaras, and Davao.
7. Eastern Communications
Eastern Communications boasts the widest variety of the most affordable Fiber Internet plans below Php2,000. Even their 500Mbps Fiber internet would only cost you Php2,588. However, similar to the other ISPs, their coverage areas are currently concentrated in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces, but with sight for more expansions to the Vis-Min Area.
